The app monitors the thresholds set on the device homepage and in the GridVis and sends an SNMP trap in the event of a violation.

The trap number can be chosen arbitrarily. The trap is sent through a preset link (AND/OR) if

  • only one threshold is violated (OR).

  • all of the configured thresholds for this trap are violated (AND).

The traps can be sent to up to two SNMP hosts.

The app monitors the following measurement values and events

Configuration via the GridVis

Configuration via the device homepage

Power failure, undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, transients, RCM (only UMG 509 & UMG 512)

Frequency, power, heartbeat (Watchdog, no configuration option)

With a firmware update (> 5.0) the device types UMG 604, UMG 605, UMG 508, UMG 509, UMG 511, UMG 512 are compatible with the app SNMP.
