The device configurator allows you to conveniently set the measurement devices, as well as save and transfer the settings.

  • Basic information about the measurement device and module

  • Direct selection of connections for configuration

  • Tabs for selecting a menu

  • Search field for free text search of any configuration content or also content of filled free text fields

  • Area for configuring the parameters

  • Thematically subdivided into configuration cards

Menu bar

  • Opening a menu.

Submenus

  • Navigate to the configuration cards of a menu.

Configuration cards

  • The cards organize the parameters according to themes.

Search field

  • Search parameters and configuration contents by keywords.

Show/Hide

  • Show or hide the device overview (A).

Module (if present)

  • Navigate to the module's settings by clicking on a connection.

Connections

  • Navigate to the associated settings by clicking on a connection.

Diskette icon

  • Transfer configuration to the device

Device configurator drop-down menu

  • Transfer configuration to one or more measurement devices or reload from device

  • Reset measurement device to factory setting

  • Create backup (specifying a file name allows you to save a backup of the device configuration locally)

  • Restore backup (you can restore a backup of the device configuration by selecting a file)


Note: When transferring to several devices, the parameters that can only be assigned once in the system are not selectable.
